Employees’ Services Portal for Facilitating “Receiving and Tracking” of Pension and GP Fund Cases

Employees’ Services Portal has been developed and is being utilized for facilitating receiving and tracking of pension and GP Fund cases at the Facilitation Centers of AG Punjab. The ESP is installed at Facilitation Centers near AG Office entrance. Cases of Pension and GP Fund received at the Facilitation Centers are entered into ESP and electronically sent to the respective pension and GPF sections. Token numbers are issued to the departmental representative or the person submitting the GPF/Pension case. Thus, the need for departmental representative to go to upper floors of AG Office to submit or inquire about his/her case has been eliminated.
